Herald Sun reprints Serena cartoon

The Herald Sun reprinted Mark Knight's depiction of Williams on its front page the day after the cartoon caused a global twitter storm.

Knight's caricature showed a butch and fat-lipped Williams jumping up and down on her broken racquet, having spat out a dummy.

Osaka had just won her first Grand Slam title after defeating the 23-time major victor Serena Williams at the U.S. Open on Saturday.

For its Wednesday edition, the Herald Sun filled its front page with cartoons, including the contentious Williams image, along with likenesses of United States president Donald Trump, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Australian prime minister Scott Morrison.

Fellow cartoonists and Herald Sun editors, however, have come to the defense of Knight, slamming the backlash as evidence that the world has become too "PC" (politically correct).

All players on worldwide duty last week returned in good health and are available for selection, Arsenal said. I think it's important for strikers to score goals for their confidence.

Knight now appears to have deactivated his Twitter account and has not commented since the outrage.

"A champion tennis player had a mega tantrum on the world stage, and Mark's cartoon depicted that", editor Damon Johnston said.

Melbourne's Herald Sun cartoonist Mark Knight's caricature of Williams throwing a tantrum at the US Open was originally printed on Monday, attracting widespread condemnation from across the world.

The paper's editor had previously tweeted his support for the cartoonist, while the artist himself said "the world has just gone insane".

An Australian cartoonist faced criticism yesterday for portraying tennis superstar Serena Williams using what Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling described as "racist and sexist tropes".

IPhone XR Revealed At Apple Event
For imaging, the iPhone XR uses a single 12 MP standard shooter which has 1.4 um pixels and a f/1.8 aperture 6-element lens. Apple is calling this the Liquid Retina display, and it has bezels slightly thicker than the iPhone Xs and Xs Max .

In a match that drew strong ratings on ESPN, Osaka beat Williams in straight sets to win the women's singles Open title.

The Australian newspaper at the centre of a race row over a Serena Williams cartoon has dedicated its entire front page in support of the artist. She then argued with the umpire and smashed her racket, for which she lost a point.

"It rightly mocks poor behaviour by a tennis legend", Johnston tweeted.

One astute Twitter user would point out that Osaka wears a blonde ponytail. Williams called Santos a "thief" for the coaching ruling and in response Santos issued a third code violation, handing the game to Osaka.

It boils down to the fact that the cartoon "plays on historically racist ways of drawing black people", says actress and activist Kelechi Okafor. Lynne Adams tweeted on Tuesday, "Serena Williams is a large black woman who had a complete meltdown, what is racist about this cartoon".

The other part will launch and operate free preschools in low-income communities, where "the child will be the customer". When asked about it, Bezos called it a "mistake" for any elected official to "attack media and journalists".

Osaka is 20 years old and also won the Indian Wells event in March this year, making her one of the top draws in the women's game.
